Wah!!! mcm tak de keje jek...satu hari ble wat 2 ~ 3 post kat blog...apa dah jadi ni umi...??? hahahaha!!! nak lepaskan geram...after few weeks,,, bekerja keras...menyiapkan keje2 yg bertimbun...now ~ umi, dah handover keje2 umi kepada mereka yg sepatutnya...this monday, ble start the new move...monitoring report,,, mr. supportee pun dah beritau tadi...operation dah okey...so ~ kita bole mula next plan...alhamdulillah...the 3new comers dah bole wat keje...dah bole pening2 settle kan problem...
Nothing much,,, 2 ~ 3 hari nih...wat keje dgn aman...no complaint from client...credit to him who always disturbing us...who always make me tak tido mlm...pikir esok apa lah pulak masalah yg dtg...please give us chance to show our talent to manage...to make profit...to improve...
Smlm mr supportee, mr director and en. penyibuk dah discuss dgn en. client...he just want to check on us...now ~ have little bit improvement...so ~ dia tak kacau...and hopefully, we can maintain...otherwise,,, he have to bangun tgh malam then, send email complaining us...wakaka...tp, bak kata our supervisor...mcm tak meriah lak kan...tak de byk email masuk everyday...klu tak tu...satu hari tak kurang dari sepuluh email dia dok anta...yg bestnya anta satu dunia...ha! apa lagi kena bebel sebakul lah dgn mr director...mr supportee lak every morning mesti tanya...ada complaint...??? bila umi geleng kepala...dia mcm...Ha?!! terkejut konon...sudah lah... :)
Dah sebulan berlalu...ada lagi 2bulan peluang umi n mr. supportee to prove yg kami boleh!!!...walaupun sebenarnya en. advisor beri masa 6bulan...and mr. director bagi masa 12bulan...insyaallah...setakat nih ada improvement walaupun tak sampai target...
