Tak nak lah panggil mamat melingkup lagi...nanti dia terlungkup ~ susah plak...umi dah insaf ke...??? Tak de maknanya...cuma dia dah slowdown skit...umi tukar gelaran dia 'mat komplen' lak...still complaint...mmg tu je keje dia...dia dibayar gaji utk complaint and look for others mistake...kengkadang rasa geram gak...benda yg bodoh2 dia tanya...kat opis umi...dia dah jadi bahan dah...tp, reply email or answer call dia...jwb lah elok2...polisi syarikat...nama baik syarikat kena lah jaga...
Setakat nih...dia dah tak tanya pasal movement or delay lagi...sbb umi dah tunjuk kan dia...other method to know the utilization...tak kan lah kita giler sgt...nak biar asset not utilise...adeh...system nih pun kengkadang menyusahkan kita...hurm...org yg bijak pandai tau lah...mcm mana nak baca report...some report can't stand alone...have to read or refer with other report...org lurus bendul mcm 'mat komplen' tu...mmg lah tak tau benda...run report...copy paste dlm email...then,,, complaint...tu je lah keje dia...
Dah byk yg umi belajar...style dia...so ~ alhamdulillah...setiap complaint yg dia hantar umi dah boleh jwb...sbb umi dah tak tension lagi...selalu senyum dah tak marah2...setiap complaint umi tengok secara positif...walaupun berbakul2 sumpah seranah umi hambur kat dia...barulah umi pikir cara nak solve then...email...
