Interview

Smlm, menghabiskan masa lebih kurang 2jam interview candidate (staff utk opis)...arini, interview candidate lagi...tp, tak lama 1/2hr jek (staff utk luar opis... wink...)


Tips : walid ajar umi, klu nak interview staff...mesti citer yg susah2 pasal job scope dorang...walaupun sebenarnya,,, tak lah susah mana...jgn ckp yg baik2 pasal co. ckp yg buruk2 jek...(tp, jgn lah burukkan sgt)...supaya dia tak terkejut bila dah keje nanti...


So ~ umi praktikkan...berkerut2 dahi mamat tu...hehehehe...mesti menyesal giler dtg apply keje kat sni...tp, dlm pada tu...umi cover lah juga...nanti dia tak mo keje...susah plak...marah mr. supportee umi...ngeh3...umi citer realiti...ikut procedure have to go to training (theory & practical) barulah bole mulakan keje...tempoh training lak lebih kurang sebulan...gitulah adanya...


Kengkadang tak suka interview org nih...umi rasa mcm jadi busy body lak...have to tanya...before keje apa...??? nape berenti...??? erk...tak suka nak tanya soklan2 cam tu...tp, mesti kena tanya...from that, we have to know what kind of people he is...penyabar ke tak...??? after one incident happen kat one of my staff...now ~ kita org nak kena check sama ada staf yg kita org nak hire tu ada criminal case atau tak...bunyinya sgt2 mengarut...tp, ini sgt penting...klu tidak staff yg lain dlm keadaan bahaya seyh!!!
