Smlm meeting...again, gaduh lagi...??? Not nice to say gaduh...tp, bertegang urat...looks like i'm very bad...but, what i am trying to say is to share my experience and my thought...kpd yg selalu baca blog umi (ada ke?)...kat tempat keje umi nih...major problem of the staff is dicipline and attitude...disiplin dorang 'very2 bad'...nape umi highlight di situ...? sbb nak menunjukkan teruk tahap gaban...gaban pun tak seteruk tuh...hmmm...cian si gaban selalu menjadi mangsa, anyway i want to share this :

mgr : okey now, i don't want anybody to stay longer in this office. Means that, abis waktu keje...hand over everything then, balik. You have your own family to spend time to.

opr 1 : i give you the scenario, to explain the things looks like okey...??? bla...bla...bla...paling kurang pun bole hand over keje dlm masa paling kurang 1jam.

umi : as you said...you have few thing to do before you kick off. So ~ instead you do all the things...you can pass half of the task to your friends right? Instead of you took 1hour to settle down all the thing, you less the time to half an hour.

mgr : trying to come early. Kalau masuk keje pukul 8.30a.m datang lebih awal.

opr 2 : kau tak tau cam ne keje kita org...

umi : ye lah datang lambat, pastu pegi minum 3jam...bole tak masa2 tu semua dikurangkan...???

opr 3 : (dah naik angin dah)...bla...bla...bla...kita org pegi minum sbb tak puas hati dgn co. bla...bla...bla...kita org keje utk bersuka ria.

umi : that not the way to memberontak...dan kau kena ingat keje bukan utk bersuka ria...kerja satu ibadah, amanah dan tanggungjawab. Then, kalu kau tau tu smua...insyaallah...smua benda2 tu tak berlaku.

mgr : aku pun dulu pernah memberontak...duduk kat kedai kopi satu hari without do nothing. Bila pikir lagi, buat apa lah aku buat mcm nih...keje dah lah tak siap ...kan ke keje bodoh tu namanya.

hehehe...cam ne keja nak siap, masuk keje pukul 8.30a.m...sampai opis pukul 9.00a.m lepas punch card keluar pegi minum, masuk opis balik pukul 11.00a.m...wat keje sekejap, pukul 12.00 dah sibuk2 nak kuar lunch. Paling lewat kuar lunch pukul 1.00pm - 2.00pm terus hilang. Alasan kuar pegi anta document pukul 5.00pm baru sampai opis balik...bila masa nak buat keje??? Ada masa ke cam tu...??? Time management tak de...

Lastly, umi cakap..."aku duduk kat sni utk selesaikan masalah korang. Tp, klu korang tak bole nak ikut...setiap suggestion aku korang ada je alasan...pandai korang lah. Korang suka cara keje mcm nih...don't ever to ask or claim your overtime..." tunjuk kan performance, baru lah management bole bagi mcm2 yg korang nak...klu disiplin pun out...attitude bad...cam ne management nak bagi insentif, allowance umi pun tak ingin nak rekomen...ngeh2...give up!!!
